About Pott Farms, L3C

Pott Farms was created by kind people who believe in the enormous potential of cannabis and the importance of living in balance with our natural world.

Our beautiful farm cultivates living soil to provide the best growing environment for our plants. We practice permaculture design, Biodynamics, and the biological methods of farming taught by the Soil Food Web School. And, we offer training opportunities for those interested in learning these regenerative farming ways.

Robbin Pott created and leads Pott Farms. Her experience as a lawyer and public policy researcher in child welfare helped her to understand that a major obstacle for young people, especially those who are overcoming the experience of poverty and trauma, is a lack of supported economic opportunity. Pott Farms is designed as a restorative solutions to address this problem. She is a certified soil biology consultant by Dr. Elaine Ingham's Soil Food Web School, leads our on-farm training and educational activities, and provides living soil services to the public.

Supportive Job Training

We offer seasonal, paid internships for young adults 18–25. Partnering with local youth job training programs, we provide a trauma-informed learning environment. The program builds job and life skills, helping interns gain confidence while enjoying nature’s restorative benefits.
